CSCA Service Not Available - GSM-Forum

I'm getting error 'CSCA service is not available at the moment. Would you like to continue?' when trying to unlock a K800i - any idea what this is and when it will be resolved? I have a customer waiting in the shop so a quick response would be appreciated (-:

Just upgrade the firmware on your K800 then try again
you got 2 options
1. use the SEUS by SonyEricsson for free but slow
2. flash with universal and thats 3 logs

u dont have to full flash the phone just flash it with main software which is SW either with UB or Cruiser its free i repeat again only the first flash file which is SW and its free to flash first file.it takes only 3 to 5 minutes then u can unlock it normal

but i can do unlock two phone today with out any problem if u have still problem change server and try again.
