CSCA service is not available at the moment - GSM-Forum

WHAT happenned?
Again server for unlock DB2020 is closed???
I received log for my W200 and now when i push ACTIVATE sim lock the message is: CSCA service is not available at the moment!!!!!
An answer UB TEAM please!!!!

Here is the answer: The ISP had some problems. This is why CSCA service wasn't active for hours. It is ok now. Sorry for inconveniences.
