how long for logs ??


hi i sent logs for 2 phones 5 days ago and they are still not done still says they are processing .. thought it was only meant to take 48 hours ??



how long will it take exactly ???

all i get when i request a log is

terminated with error. response from server: your log is under processing. try again later. (000008800).00029110


am i doing something wrong or is this normal ?????????

Hi, this is my very first response for UB. Had a hard time getting used to it but now I rarely use anything else. Unfortunately I have the similar problem as above. Sent a DB2020 queue on the 19th and am still waiting for it to be calculated. Also the UB site went down for a bit today. Please advice me on when I will be able to do my phone.
