how many times we have to send the box back
even if we send it back we will get replacment with refurbuised box, working for 1 week

Thanks for your reply but my problem and solutions connecting the box in the back usb of my pc, it seems my board does not give sufficient voltage in the front usb.

Firstly Change Your Usb Cable, If ur problem not solved then Change Comuter Casing May be the front usb on the casing also disturb, and FINALLY change urs PC'Mainboard
