Device open failed at USB -> Universal Box

Is there any way to resolve this problem? Box was working fine until the software stalled, closed and re-opened the software and the box now has this status, note the data LED is on constant.

Odia.

I got this problem also....
My box is report device open failed at USB.
I change U-box from my friend to my computer it's working good.
So I think it is box (hardware) error not software.
How to fix this problem?
