I tried yesterday and today the same error server unavailable.what's happening with ub team...................

It is 100% online on working days gmt 6.00 am - 6.00 pm.
In some cases it is also online out of this time.

I tried in morning,afternoon and in evening.I can'nt understand every time i try server is busy or not working.....Is any solution for these or not....
