UB team as state in your manual...... if error will appear you will not get my credit... but sadly speaking even error when unlocking the phone Z710i but you still get my 10 credits... so its big lossing in my part.. please return my 10 credits...... please refer to my image. see the image below... hope you will find the best way regarding this matter... i think i'm not the only one who complain about your services hope you will do the best.
