My box too.
The Universal box team tell me it's need repair by Universal box factory in China.
Team tell me give my box to reseller for send to China.
And cost for this case about 130USD.
I'm very sad.
Becuase it's problem in timing.
Every box must deteriorate in some time certainly.(reseller tell me)

About dead boxes (device open failed)


A: If your box is not older than 6 months:
Send back to reseller, he will manage it to us, so we can repair. (ask about shipping charges).

B:Your box is older than 6 months:
Sorry, but we cannot manage to repair.
Posts about dead boxes will be deleted.
