help me please with the universal box - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody ,

I have just bought the universal box, I have all the codes registered and available, bb5 NTP activated, and so on... the problem is that when I go to unlock phones not in local mode and I can not unlock, phone does no start I have both cables 8 and 10 pines ... What´s the matter ??
Please hep me... !!!!!!!!!!!!!

it Looks to be th cable problem........ chek cable and try agian .......which phone u r unlocking?????????????

not need 8 pin and 10 pin cables just you can use 7 pin f-bus cables for any operation with UNIVERSAL BOX
