I have a problem with my box,when I connect box shows me error...

Terminated with error: No device opened [00000001].00001105
MCU Boot Version: 1.069, and up to date.
Device open failed at USB->UniversalBox [UBTEST99]

I have tried with repair button,but nothing...

...and my box is warm after few minutes ...

You must connect 12v to the PWR connector of the UB.

i have this problem too my box working 3 years perfect but now when i start him i have this error please help mi

Go to Setup-General-Refresh- Apply

If this don't work, your box is dead. In this case, read FAQ- dead box, and if you're lucky, you will get box changed, If is more than 6 months old, sorry for you, the only help from UB team will be...post deleted

Friend! This Box for install is 2 Minutes. Download Software (Setup) (With Antivirus and Firewall disable) Run Setup-Connect Box with Charger .
This is for Win XP or Windows 7 32 or 64 Bits.

u box dead brother...chk this setup.general,tab comunication palfrom refresh if sn alvelibe applay that if some problem u box is R.I.P
