I COULD NOT UNLOCK P990 5 LOCKS CLOSED BY UB !!!!!!!IS THE SERVER DOWN? OR WHAT????

THIS PHONE WAS DEAD
AFTER FLASH I SAW THAT IMEI IS 0000000000000 IN GDFS ZONE

BUT REAL OTP IMEI IS THERE

SO I TRY TO CHECK LOCKS ON IT SO I SEE 5 LOCKS CLOSED

AFTER THAT I TRY TO UNLOCK BY UB BUT ALL IS OK TILL THE PROGRAM TRY TO CONNECT TO SERVER BUT AFTER THAT I GOT THIS ERROR:

tERMINATED WITH ERROR : RESPONSE FROM SERVER: 0FFFFFFE[00000880].00029170.00029230

I TRY THE ALL THREE SERVER BUT ALL IS THE SAME

SO WHAT TO DO???

ANY INFO HERE PLEASE??

yes our server is working perfect. some time our server use all over the world so that's why it could not work properly. but its just happen some time

I try all server and at all times
