my ub box is dead for 2 weeks i had 200credits on that box,i bought another one ,but nobody tells me how can i do, to transfer my credits on this new one.i didn"t register my new box because i am waiting an answer to know what to do-but nobody answer.My reseller says that he is waiting for an answer from ub team for 2 weeks.What should i do?
Can you answer ub team?

Hy!
Your credits are not stored in your box!
they are stored on server according to your UB nick (username)
So: if u register your new box to your old acount, you will have your credits on it.
(and also one more thing: if u have 2-3 working UB boxes and register them under one UB user, they will use logs from one acount.)
