I lost 40 credits and UB team doesn´t answere me

2 weeks ago I pass 1 5320 but it didn´t unlock and it took 40 credits, I want to know when you will give me back my credits, may nick is julianjara

I sent 2 MP to UB team but they didn´t answere me yet.
I don´t undertans why they say that they send back the lost credits if they don´t.
