Sw cannot be opened - GSM-Forum

I cannot open software ub.

Any solution other than formatting pc,,

I already uninstall ub but no luck..

PLs. UB team..

Any solution sir. Cozt its too much work to with pc formatting when in fact its only ub box is the problem..

try uninstall universalbox, remove algo, delete ub.ini, try this method

how can i remove algo sir when sw is not opening..

Tried unistall reinstall delete ub.ini.. but no luck..

Any solution sir.. Tia..

Delete all Uni Folder and Install setup again

i DID IT BUT STILL THE SAME..

i DID IT FORMATTING PC TESTED 1 TIME BUT ONLY UB BOX IS THE PROBLEM.

CAN WE RESORT TO OTHER SOLUTION.

PLS. FIX THIS PROBLEM UB TEAM COZ EVERY UB USER EXPERIENCED THIS.

AND MUST BE SOLVED IN A SHORTER WAY..

No screenshot coz sw cannot open. you only hear a usb port sound detected but software cannot open..

I also having this problem??? it was working fine yesterday???
I deleted uni file in C: drive and reinstalled it but same problem not sw appear when you connect box you ping sound but that all??????
