k510 cid50 error on unlock - GSM-Forum

i have been trying to unlock this phone for 1hr always same error 000244ca. tried all ways with smart card without just will not unlock. i am using the latest version and have cleaned contacts and checked that phone works with other boxes and it does. What is the problem ub team

that isn't the problem mate i have unlocked others on there today it's just cid 50's that are the problem and it's been like it for days. there are others posting on here with same problem but no solution from ub

is that problem forom server side or something else?
cause my phone is brand new and just 5 locks !

managed to repair mine on mt-box se unlocked no problem at all

yep we are talking about this box but if it creates a problem then maybe we need to know how to fix it and sometimes that involves discussing another solution.

I have the same problem too.

It's SE K510i cid50 red. I can't flash it
