Please wait till we fix the problem. Anyway you can repair your phones by starting the unlock procedure with FBUS cable and re-plug the phone to USB cable after SIMLock signing.

So you mean we have to do SIMLock signing again when it asks us to skip? so more credits lost?

Please let us know so we can repair this phone

EDITED BY: yeldar

I think new update has bugs......

We had 2 dead phones and have lost 2x 50 credits by using fbus cable and re-assigning the lock status (pressed YES in simlock assigning instead of NO) just to get them back to life, and now we have to use 100 on each again to unlock them both!!!

Username is: yeldar

Credits needed: 100

Would it be possible for you to test a db2020 handset each time there is an update? This will ensure that no - one looses any credits & that (more importantly) the software is working!

Ok

Everyone with a dead phone during unlock, here is the fix

1, Use fubus cable and press NO when it asks to skip SIMlock SIGN
2, power on phone when it asks to connect to DCU-60, the phone will come on
3, after process phone is unlocked an alive 100 credits gone
4, Try to get refund of first 50 credits lost

Worked for me

Regards

Can anyone else confirm that they have tried this and it works? Don't really want to try and lose more credits than is necessary (then again I don't suppose anyone wants to try and lose more credits).
