7100 unlock unsucessful but 15credits taken twice

hello ub team
i try to unlock 7100s and it consumed 25 credit without sucess when i retry it thinking that it will not atract any credit again but it consumed another 15 credit making 30 all together without success. plz refund my credit.plz see the atached log below
