My UB is not working - GSM-Forum

I have a problem in my Universalbox it is not working and the messaga is (Terminated with error: No device opened [00000001]. 00004010
Device open failed at USB->) please help me my E-mail add. is [email protected] thankyou.

Go to system , delete universal box and connect again in usb port .
For me working .
