hello to all friend i need help my universalbox is dead almost one year half my hand today my box is died plssss help me

warranty is over......! if you still like UB????????????????? better buy a new one brod coz their is already more box die and nothing fix only to those who are still under warranty can change their box. Me i also have one damage box but i like UB so i buy a new one.. k?

try other cable i encounter that before ub need good cable


pls tell us what happen after this just to make it clear

how many piece did he try usb cable but same problem...

im just trying to help bro coz many times cable is working

Delete configuration from program folder
Insert power supply
check cable

Check in device manager to see UBox
Open sw
calibrate again

i have this problem too

Dear Users,

this problem is posted i think more then 1000 times in many topics...
Only way is, if you will send back to your reseller, and he will change to a new one. There is no way to repair this boxes at home.
