no calculation since 4 days plz help ub team


4 days b4 i send logs for calculation but since now no calculation . customer is going back to his country tomo morning and he want his money back but what for me ub team already taken 50 logs frm my account . i dont want to face this loss coz its alraedy more than 72 hours . plz help me i knw till monday everything ll be k but i cant wait for monday otherwaise i have to face loss of 50 credits plz help

been waiting 7 days now for calculation of db2020 code how much longer do i have to wait.

do you think 7 days is good turnaround then i think its bo*%$Łks and then you tell me its weekend as far as i know must people get there mobiles unlocked at the weekend.

bro i already told that i knw server ll be ok till monady but what shud i do now customer want his fone and money back coz he is goin back to his country. so why shud i face loss , ub team already deducted mine 50 logs for calculation but now its more than 72 hours so its not mine fault . ub team must give mine logs back or give calculation today . ub team do sumthing . its the matter of ur gudwill how u treat ur customers

Dude just log into UB website and click cancle log. You will get money back.

And about customers, its all about how you handle your business. I have same problem, but I exlain to customers in a good way and either they accept or not.

man i m handling the customer frm 4 days but wat i can do . tomo customer goin bck to his country so he want his money and fone back . as the issue of handling customers r not so mad that they left their fone to u for free . lol . i heard frm sum one that if u cancle ur log then also u cant get ur logs back the think u get is calculation even after cancel process

We all know its weekend, That is the busy time for us phone shops. so the calculation should be available at weekends.

you are all right about long waits but i prefer to wait longer and service continues rather than ending up with no service at all like some other solutions. Explain that to customers and they ll understand ..... normally. At least that is what i did
