last night I Use Universal box flash nokia 2310 It's complete

And I shut down My com And Go to sleep

But this morning I Open Universal Box.exe

program show this screen

I try to UnInstall program and Install again

but It's still error

Driver in Device Manager is Ok

how to fix

your box is dead, change your box to reseller or buy new box.

hi,

seriously, your box is DEAD...

SMCU is not detected like many other DEAD BOX...

upto now its still a mystery how and why the SMCU is damage so easily...

and upto now, theres still no concrete expalanation from UB team...

if your box is on warranty, just have it replaced by your resseller...

if not, then buy new one...

hope UB team will repair those s-h-i-t-t-y box...

or maybe they can be exchanged with new box with new PCB's...

First, you should try a different USB cable and port. I've had problem with my box and i think it got solved when i changed cable. One time it showed exactly like your screenshot - only detecting MCU, and i thought it was 100% dead, but then suddenly it worked again later.
