I just updated my ub but from that, the options for unlock bb5 notp and bb5 sl2 have disapeared. Please help me as soon as possible.

I try to unlock one nokia 5200, using the new unlock option, but the phone follows locked and the process finishs saying "done". Also enter the codes that are generated but nothing. I add the log of the procedure. please help me. Thanks in advance.
