Dear Users,

The pricing of the BB5 SL_2 RAP3G activation, and RAPIDO unlock will change from today. The one time activation will cost 300 credits, and the unlock will be 40 credits per phone. We are doing this, because we don't want to kill the market.

The Supported phone types are in the ====useful infos about bb5/bb5+/sl2/rapido unlock==== STICKY topic. So from today if you try to unlock an unsupported phone, and fail, credits won't be refunded.

you increase price but many phone are still buggy.much better before increase price check all bugs in unloking bb5 sl2.so if you said no refund then if for example there is a phone not unlock but supported with your box then it will consume credits?so how can will claim our refund if that case will happen?

yes many phones damage by this why you dont try to fix the bugs first before you make increase the price for me if i will unlock n96 & n85 phones or other high end i used dk trk less worry.

With so many bugs in your software you can not kill the market and you want to....

You have a very bad weapon...

Why not try the first solution and then sold?

i cant believe the cheek of uni...So from today if you try to unlock an unsupported phone, and fail, credits won't be refunded...

how can they say such things..there are still loads of people you have'nt been refund for lost credits..this team only cares about it own pocket ..there solution is very buggy..and are phones like n96 support or not..because in your first update you said there were........n96,5800 etc etc were supposed to be supported..thats what you said when you were selling activation..am i right or wrong ..anybody whos thinking about gettin universal i lik eto advice them to stay clear of them and go for mt..or genie box

i hope its never unlock after try with ub.

I do this job for almost 11 years, for the time I did not see the box with more errors. I definitely think that the best solution is not to buy more logs for Ub, because it is thrown money.
Other boxes do not work all that are specified but not take the credits if you do not unlock the phone and of course have no need to pray for refund credits...

ok untherstand and respekt it
but wat´s with supported phones and loose credits? u refund it?
my e71 is dead since one week , u don´t give loosed credits retourn and not answer any pm or tread,

u delete only, wy?

wen u don´t refund credits than anonce it or tell us,we don´t wast our time!
for writing pm´s that u not answer or open treads that u delete.
u have to think about respekt ur customers.
