Whilst we are aware that you are having server issues, we are also losing customers, especially on something as basic as unlocking a Nokia N95.

We do keep hearing 'will be sorted in next week' and words to that effect but that was over 2 weeks ago now so you can imagine the trust that is being lost here.

Can I please make a simple request that I know will please a lot of us, could you please, please release a new version of the software that does not require server support for all models that are free to unlock and do not actually require a server to do the job.

It's quite annoying when going to unlock a dct4 phone or Sl2 etc. to find out that you can't. Some of these models are over 7 years old now so needing a server connection is a bit of a let down.

At the very least it would show that you are listening and willing to help
