Check your box UTP10 RJ45 Connector 1 and 10 pins .try to clean Connector
in many cases will help if you band over it, and Maybe Gnd Problem

Know, i got problem with error in unlock with ' BB5TP Adapter is not connect, or not properly connect etc'. I already band the pin in box connector, but still not solve the problem. Can i change box connector (rj-45 or rj 48 ? ) with the new one ? Is it need to re-solder to remove it or just plug out then replace it ?

Yes, you can, but this is not rj45 problem...
You use our tp cable, or only our tp adapter with other tp cable?
