Ub erase option

i want to know about the UB ERASE option in erase maintainance

how can we know which flash size want to select for different phones?
16M ,32,64 etc


and which PM size want to select for different phones ?


can any one know how to do these options plssssss help me

Erase maintenance:
Flash size: Select flash IC size. You can choice 256M if you don’t know exactly the whole size.
PM size: You can select the PM size here. It is 128k by default.
Erase type: Select here what areas need to erased
