you wont get any answer from ub team they are just ignoring everyone, ive been waiting 9 days for logs to be calculated.

Try to understand them boys i know u have ur customer pushing but they are working hard for us and may are having problems with server just wait a little more UB team never fail.

its a joke, they are just ignoring everyone, how long would it take to just post a thread telling us what is going on.but they cannot be bothered.

tomorrow my cutermer will come for his fone and i will have to explane that i couldnt unlock his phone that he will tell his friends and they will tell theres that i couldnt unlock so it dosent affect the universal team as you have the mony in the bank it affects me and my buisness i have two phones on your system which i havent been able to unlock for 4weeks how can i get my money back some one explane as reterning my logs is usless as i cant use them i agree with others on this fourm that the team should post replys when things go wrong i think your most probly developing the next universal box which i wont be buying

we all have logs that we have paid for that are useless,ub have there money, we have lost ours.
