Reply me Universal box team , what happened for my credits, today i checking time my ub shows credit 0. Actually i have credit of above 400 balance my nickname is "britcodubai"


please help me by giving the solution

i facing another problem also , after registering in unioversalbox.com my confirmation mail not get yet. so i cannot enter my credit information from ub website. i clicked on forgot password, then i get mail from ub team with username and password. but now i cannot sign in to universalbox.com
