Hello sir,
nokia 1208 flash mcu file erase 100% ok then write flash 3% and Flashing error probably faulty chip i am change too flash ic but problem still plz hellp

So it has HW problem try to reheta UPP then reflash.

yes it is hardware fault , so must to nokia hardware section and search about your problem
