Yes friend,its happend sometime COZ evry Continnent have a diffirent Courent Sources
i have see this probleme before but it can be solved with a 3 possibilty

1-if ur box still have a warranty requirement then should be remplaced from ur resseller
in this case contact pls ur resseller

2-if case one in not concerning then try to change ur computer
if you have a AMD Chipset then with intel can do working its not sure but possible

Still not succefully result

3-This its a working solution and already tested
by some boxes the regulators can be got damaged
me persionaly i have changed before and after this prozess all boxes was a life
you can mesure those both regulators and if u have less curent there then will needed to change both one
Deppend of your warranty Time
