Drivers for 64 bit Windows Vista/7/8/8.1
 

SST and SST_LGQC drivers are signed and should work with all 64 bit Windows systems (XP/Vista/7/8/8.1).
SST BoxOne is universal usb to serial box with test point cables.The drivers for this device are not signed by Microsoft.
Some notes on BoxOne drivers installation in 64 bit Windows systems:

• SST BoxOne box drivers for 64 bit Windows Vista/7/8/8.1 need Windows Test Mode activation.
• There is a special desktop application supplied with latest version of SST and SST_LGQC named BoxOne Activator.
• Just run the BoxOne Activator and activate Windows Test Mode. BoxOne drivers will be activated after reboot.
• Some Windows 8/8.1 computers use new uefi BIOS secure boot feature.
• In this case you should disable secure boot in your BIOS in order to let BoxOne Activator Tool to control Windows Test Mode state.
