During Install Universal ADB driver is installed/updated. Legacy ADB driver for some devices may need to be updated manually.

1. Launch SST Android Suite from Desktop/Start Menu or Search Charm(Windows 8/8.1).
2. Select the tool you want to use (Android Toolbox, ADB Shell, File Rescue or Contacts/Messages/Call Logs tool).

• Android Toolbox and ADB Shell - most of the users will not need any help for these tools. Just connect with usb debugging enabled device.
• File Rescue - this tool will recover deleted files from your android device. The recovery procedure is interactive. It depends on where the deleted file/files is/are located. Files in Android devices may be in Internal Memory, Internal SD Card or External SD Card (the physical micro SD card).
  If the files are in internal memory or internal SD Card with Fuse FS (internal sd card is in /data/media or etc.) SST Data Backup Tool is Launched. You have 3 options to read DATA from internal memory.
  Read Data then mount the image which you saved. Then you may browse it (the 3rd party driver supports ext4 file system). Now close SST Data Backup tool. After few seconds a message will pop up asking you to start SST File Recovery tool.
  Start it. Select the drive letter of the mounted image or leave it blank for backup image file. Click start and wait until all deleted files are recovered.
• Contacts, Messages, Call logs Tool - Backup your contacts with contacts backup tool the close it and Contacts Viewer Exporter tool will start with all your contacts, messages and call logs displayed.

Backup operations are in Adb mode.
Recovery in USB Mass Storage is supported directly.
For recovery in MTP mode we first make a backup image via ADB and then recover files from the image or from the mounted ext4 or fat32 image.

y got sst box plus dongle...y lost pass to acess support site..possible to get it back???
