The tools from SST Android Suite are build to directly access ADB WinUsb driver. These tools do not use adb.exe or AdbWinApi.dll. A generic driver is included the setup.
In order to use SST Data backup tool previously enabled root access is required!
All these tools are free and do not need dongle!
