problem sst

Hi, last week I have changed the language to 150 siemenses a70, today I am busy others of it but I don't succeed in doing them anymore, I am using it same program, the same cable, the same file's but nothing, it is always stopped to 25% and this error goes out me:
from thing he can depend?
I have already tried to new installation both the program and also the cable usb without result.
the only thing that I have changed on my PC they are the doors usb, removing those 1.1 and inserting those 2.0, can she depend on this?
the reading of the telephone her ago without problems and the also mends it goes to good end, the only thing that doesn't succeed in completing is writing of any file's, language, main or eeprom.
