The answer was serious enough!
Bad cable can cause this "Wrong software" problem!

I hvae one CX70 SW ver.43 two weeks a go, now stil cannot unlock it . This phone type have testpoint or not ? This version support by SST yet ?

Wery srange, i use v6.62 witouth problemas, but now i;m afrade to upgrade
to 6.74.

Do not be afraid just download and install.

Good, seem testpoint for CX70 same:
a)zoomed view C65
b)zoomed view CX65/M65
That all ready have with help sst program.
I use b) can boot and also unlock, but after unlock when power ON phone have beep sound noly cannot power ON, I tried read flash also can but maybe need eeprom for repair it. Kindly help me again.

First check if the displayed imei is the same like the one at the back label.
Try to fix the phone with repair button.
If it the displaed imei is different please use the following procedure:

And finally fullflash with CX70 or CX65 fullflash if nothing from the above helps.
