CF75 bootcore imei: yyyyyyyyy problem

Hi,
I have a CF75 with the bootcore imei displaying strange symbols, how do I fix this problem? I can't turn on the phone, I have tried the repair software in support but the phone does not get detected.

This means that bootcore imei is not set.Normally a blank bootcore IMEI is not a problem. Try to flash with fullflash from the support are or first flash blocks 000- 002 to run the repair software update.
