Ui setting was not done because of cable bsi value. Because phone was turning on automatically with cabl. I changed it from 5k to 10k. I press ui setting now phone's ui setting done but I did not see on screen test mode or local mode. It was only blue blinking. Now after ui setting phone turns on it give nokia sound can make call but there is nothing on screen it is blue..
