D780 hang & flash always failed at slave

i have D780 with sim card inserted, just hang on logo but without sim card power on normaly. phone IMEI is good for MASTER 35446202060418/1 but for SLAVE is :a09c156b314a8c/26

when read phone,unlock or reset, it always failed at slave stage so i decide to flash it but after flash master( mcu+tfs) arrive slave stage but failed there again and phone return at his first statut.

how to solve this problem?

this means slave mcu cannot be initialised in right way,
must be some hw problem

if hardware problem, i don't see how it can be fixed if anyone have idea please share it!

i hav one that finish flshing but gives the logo then switches off wat cud be the problem help
