After reset security code 2760 phone is dead - GSM-Forum

Hello mates i got a 2760 with security code i just did
1 reset security code
2 full factory defaults
and than switched to local mode.after this phone is not on.when i connect the phone to the software on phone display shows local mode and when i tried to swith it to normal mode phone also on with cable.
I tried to flash with 4.22 and5.22 software shows

First change usb cable on box

Change battery
