Hello, i buy HWK micro box from New Cellular Software.
Ranchi.he say its original. working good with 2.0.8.0,when i try to update,i cant able to update. its say contact u r reseller. one time i format my pc & i run 2.0.9.0 support setup & update client. but microbox not update. i cotact reseller than say - u run this hwk with 2.0.9.0 setup so your hwk is dade. than he change mu hwk to again with 2.0.8.0 . box working good one month again i format my pc & i run 2.1.0.0 support setup. & want to update. now my hwk is also not working with 2.0.8.0. GsmMunna still im confused about my Box

Your box is definitely CLONE.

It is always adviced to purchase from authorized reseller.

Talk to your reseller if he refund.

i have 02 pcs hwk buy months ago and not use yet. i put yesterday on ufsbox and update throw the server is ok but when click to enter support area, it said i should contact my resseller because my hwk id is not found on data server. hwk is from I-pmart but buy throw my trusted resseller where i always buy original hwk. from where is the problem?

you must wait 48hrs if not solve ask ur reseller to contact he buy from..!!
