Member: 1825865 Status: Offline Sonork: Rob Thanks Meter: 0 | Box_auth_error 20 on UFS-3 with HWK Dear sir, I tried a couple of days ago to upgrade my old dusty USF-3 + HWK box with the latest HWK Client (2.2.0.0), everything went ok (see the log below), then installed the HWK Suites (Major 2.20.000 and all 3 Minors). When I start the DCT xBB5 software I get "BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 20" and I tried to do the steps indicated in this thread - http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/2231901-post7.html Then, no response from the reseller I bought the box (a long time ago, I guess before 2007) from - mr. Gobi, [email protected]. I tried to contact him for about a week, mail-YMessenger-PM_gsmhosting. I really don't know to whom I should send the xxxxxx.req file. Please help me with restoring my box. I appreciate your reply.
