u have selected wrong model. just select C3630 or C3630X And ur phone will be unlocked.

I tried most but still unable to connect my phone via usb. I installed all drivers including mtp. What is proper way to connect this phone.
Should we power on first and then connect to pc. Or what else..

You cannot use USB, look to UFSx Cable Schemas/uUSB and use 523k and not 530k.

but your moddle only c3630
try z3x 1000% unlock
unlock possible c3630c
