HWK Dead or Not Connected..product supporter plz help me..


hello sir

i was facing some problem regarding upgrading of hwk with latest version...as i also make
a thread regarding that problem...( http:///vbb/showthread.php?t=609821 ).
Product supporter advised me to contact reseller for 1 more log..i ask resseller as directed
by Product supporter..reseller suggest me to wait 72 hours and then try again to upgrade.
Today when i again try to upgrade hwk..it gives error as showing in picture.."Hwk Dead or Not
Connected" I again ask reseller for that new problem...now he says it is dead u hv to buy
new box...I tell him that my box is just 2 months old and in warranty of 6 months....he says
there is no replacement in this type of condition..
My question is for product supporters is " whether there is no gaurantee or warranty if my
hwk is dead during warranty period."

Plz help me...

i agree mr rakesh what means of gaurantee or warranty if no profit of it.plz take action as soon as u take and replace box i think ufs team do as he says so do help of mr rakesh

plz tell us that how this problem came ((((mean in software 2.07 it was working ok ..this problem came by installimg by new software or any other reason ;;;;

i think reseller have t give u clam means he have to change yor pec. if still in guaranty post your reseller name also

The problem is with your HWK not box, the warrenty period is at least 3 months and this covers any defects in hardware, we do not get involved in specific cases, but I would suggest that you speak with your reseller again, you are welcome to send him a link to my post here, also is your reseller listed as an authorised reseller on the www.ufsxhwk.com?
