GT - S5600 unlock failed all the time! - GSM-Forum

Hi,

When trying to unlock s5600 i get this error:

PING: OK, COM16 - MODEM
Use [QCDI Info] to get Network Keys
PHONE Lock Reset Failed
QC_MOD_WRITE_ACK_ERR: 7F0A0042000504000100000073857E
SIM Lock Reset Failed

And, when i click on QCDI Info, nothing at all happens! What am i doing wrong?

try to use manual selection of port
have refresh button in 2090

I have done that mate, and as you can see from my post, it clearly finds the port as com 16, so that isnt the problem!

i have one here with lock code when power on but i fail to flash ffs any time i try.qcdi can' read it only flash can be the solution but only fail why? may be flash file not good?
i post about it some days ago here but i see that some one delete it why?
i have also 5230 with the same problem of lock code without sim card. any solution?

in sticky ram dump should help

brother be sure you made this before *#782872# also go to phone setting ans PC conection and choose PC studio save your settings ans also don't forget to put a sim card then press QCDI info
i've just unlocked one
that's the full procedure how to unlock supported 3G new samsung phones
