New UFS Micro box Auth Error :52

I have purchased new Ufs micro box ...installed 2.0.8 update client...Supported site Ok ... then downloaded UFS suite( HWK_Setup_Suite_v02.08.000.exe ) from site and installed ... after install site supporting ok .. all Flashers working fine except nokia(DctxBB5)... the prob when i connect " Auth Error :52".......contact my reseller ... he made it done with xxxxx.fbi.. aft one day i got same prob ... what is prob ..

i have format and install xp 5 times.. and done the above procedure ... imp: i have never used thired party repair tools or software .. experts ...moderators ...pls help

you have formatted xp 5 times but may be your other partitions have some virus infection.so i advise to install windowsxp once again and formatting during xp setup.after that do not open any partition d,e,f etc.
now install kaspersky anti virus and update it online.when update completed.then scan all your partitions and install ufs suite again.....in my opinion it is due to virus problem............GOOD LUCK.................
