HWK problem or Windows problem?

I push the support button when I connect it, but nothing happens.

Box_error 00004

I'd install the hwkufs micro box that updated by client version 2.8 on another computer that he was install on it and working very well. and i use the same update client version 2.8 on my computer and he gives me the message "box_error 00004".
Pleas help me. What can i do.

Uninstall Internet Exploler7 and turn off firewalls
try if useful don't forget to press thanks

Internet Explorer is version 6 and I turned off Firewall,but it is the same.Any other solutions?
