Lets serious about hwk (bad support) - GSM-Forum

I am very old user of hwk and since hwk team change downloading support. Its very very slow and equal to nothing. we all gsm brother should request MR. ODIA to change the support system cause we are unable to download any flash file from the support. So the hwk team should awake from deep sleeping and solve the problems their customers. Hope hwk team understand my point of view.

and it seems like the odia have big eceonomic problems or smth..

If something is not working, please post a thread here with a complete and detailed description of the problem you have. There are more than 1300 users online now who has everything working allright

First off All u need to teach how to talk and respect other job
Second u should describe ur problem short and clear
and third is gr8 box with slow download bandwith thas all

at last u need sometime to try to teach something by ur self
