please help me to resolve this prblm;1-I changed the fw to v2.5 after that I attached the HWK and upgraded with DctxBB5_14e .2-I installed the latest drivers "ufs_drivers_last_v10606".3-The ufs device is original.But the "HWK NOT ATTACHED" is still appears.help me plz!!!

Just resolder the hwk chip for all the component and try used cleaner to clean it.That's all.

sometime i have same error but i just take out usb cable from tornado from pc and after restart program it see hwk.

dont start getting the soldering iron out.. is chip firmly pushed in, try downgrading software first before you take drastic action like that. cause if hwk is faulty who is going to refund you if it is faulty and you have played with it....
