Hello

need help please,
phone is normal when no sim card inserted, but it goes restarting when any sim inserted.
this what i've done
1.full reset
2.format NAND
3.flashed phone with this:
-B2100XXIF1.cla
-B2100XXIF1.tfs
-B2100OXEIF1.csc

but the problem remains unsolved, what else should i do?
