select model first and add firmware in right selections...(MCU,PPM,CNT) accordance with the product code of the phone or use ini setting, then press check again...

This is Hardware Problem.

1. Maybe IC Flash Bad
2. check the voltage source to flash IC. Vpp (1,8v),Vdram (1,8v) and Vio (1,8) in
